A NEGLECTED MIAMI BACKYARD WAS REIMAGINED INTO A PREMIUM RESORT-STYLE LIVING SPACE. IN JUST THREE WEEKS, WE INTEGRATED A CUSTOM GUNITE POOL, TRAVERTINE DECKING, AND A PROFESSIONAL-GRADE OUTDOOR KITCHEN TO CREATE THE ULTIMATE PRIVATE RETREAT.
What Wasn't Working
The original yard was a barren, uninspired patch of dead grass that offered zero functional value. Uneven terrain and poor drainage made it an eyesore rather than an extension of the home, leaving the owners with a large but unusable outdoor space.
Our Approach
We designed a layout that maximized square footage without sacrificing flow. The vision centered on a modern geometric pool as the centerpiece, anchored by a heat-resistant travertine deck and a perimeter of native tropical planting for immediate privacy.

Step-by-Step Overview
DEMOLITION & GRADING
Cleared the site and established precise elevations for drainage. We removed over 10 tons of debris and organic material to create a stable, engineered base for the new pool and hardscaping infrastructure.
POOL SHELL
Excavated and poured the reinforced gunite shell with integrated plumbing. This phase involved precision steel reinforcement and high-pressure concrete application to ensure a leak-proof, lifetime-guaranteed aquatic structure.
HARDSCAPING
Precision-laid the travertine pavers over a stabilized base. Every paver was hand-cut and leveled to ensure perfect drainage slopes and a seamless transition between the indoor living area and the new outdoor oasis.
